Forklift Driver/Storeperson GEM Resourcing is recruiting for an experienced Storeperson in Belmont, WA 6104. This position is a long-term opportunity to work with a reputable company within the logistics space.
About the role: We are looking for candidates with experience in a stores environment. This is a day shift position working Monday to Friday, 9:00AM-1:00PM. This is a role working in the Goods Inwards/Outwards department. Mainly loading/unloading trucks, booking couriers, picking orders and putting stock away – both palletised and smalls
Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following: - Operate the forklift in a careful and timely manner
- Follow safety procedures and be mindful of workplace hazards for yourself and others at all times.
- Knowledge and demonstration of general warehouse procedures and safety protocols
- Ability to prioritise work tasks
- Ability to work unsupervised
