Site Supervisor GEM Resourcing is recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee commercial construction projects across the Perth metro area. This is a long term, ongoing opportunity to work with a reputable company in the commercial fit-out sector, managing site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are delivered to high-quality standards.
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor with commercial construction experience to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and in accordance with project specifications. The role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders on-site.

Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and coordinate site operations for commercial construction projects.
- Supervise subcontractors and trades to ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Ensure compliance with site safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Manage project schedules, track progress, and report any delays or issues.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain a safe and organised worksite, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Problem solve and provide practical solutions to site challenges.
To be considered for this position, you must have: - Minimum 5 years experience in a supervisory role within the commercial construction sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
- Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and OH&S regulations.
- Ability to troubleshoot on-site issues and provide practical solutions.
- Trade qualification in carpentry, construction management, or a related field (Essential).
- White Card and relevant site safety certifications.
- Full working rights in Australia and must be Perth based.
